At WoodPak Sp. z o.o., we are committed to ensuring reliable, safe, and timely delivery of all our wooden packaging, pallets, and related products. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping terms, delivery options, and responsibilities to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made or large-volume pallet orders may require additional production time, depending on material availability and order complexity.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or a delay due to supplier or transport conditions, we will notify you promptly with an updated delivery estimate.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Local Delivery (within Poland):
    Deliveries are handled by our logistics partners or WoodPak’s own transport fleet.

  • International Delivery (within the EU):
    We deliver to most EU countries via trusted freight carriers or pallet networks.

  • Customer Pickup:
    Customers may collect their orders directly from our warehouse upon arrangement.

All shipping options are agreed upon during the order confirmation stage.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location.

  • For bulk or recurring B2B orders, negotiated freight rates or delivery agreements may apply.

  • Any additional customs, import taxes, or border charges (for non-EU shipments) are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Poland: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • European Union countries: 5–14 business days after dispatch.

  • Outside the EU (if applicable): Shipping times may vary based on customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to transport delays, carrier availability, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s system and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear online.

For direct deliveries using our internal transport, our logistics team will provide estimated delivery dates and driver contact details where applicable.

6. Risk and Ownership

  • Ownership of goods transfers to the customer once full payment is received.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

  • Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and report any visible damage or missing items within 48 hours to our support team.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us immediately at [insert email] with photos and a brief description of the issue.

  • We will open a claim with the carrier and either replace the damaged goods or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will cooperate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. International Shipping

For international customers:

  • All products comply with EU export standards, including ISPM 15 for heat-treated wood pallets.

  • Customs documentation and export certificates (if required) will be provided.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or clearance fees applicable in their destination country.

9. Force Majeure

WoodPak Sp. z o.o. is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation strikes

  • Political instability

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Natural disasters

We will make every effort to communicate such delays promptly.
