  • “Products” means all goods manufactured, supplied, or distributed by WoodPak Sp. z o.o.

3. Scope of Services

WoodPak Sp. z o.o. specializes in the manufacturing, customization, and wholesale distribution of:

  • Wooden pallets

  • Wood packaging and crates

  • Timber components and accessories

All products are manufactured in accordance with EU safety, quality, and environmental standards.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by WoodPak Sp. z o.o.

  • Prices quoted are in EUR (or PLN) and exclude VAT and delivery costs, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders if payment is incomplete or if incorrect information is provided.

For bulk or contract orders, separate terms may apply and will be detailed in the sales agreement or invoice.

5. Delivery and Risk

  • We aim to deliver all orders within the agreed timeframe.

  • Ownership of goods passes to the customer upon full payment.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics, customs, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of WoodPak Sp. z o.o.

  • All products are manufactured to meet industry standards and customer specifications.

  • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only; it does not cover damage caused by misuse, poor storage, or natural wear and tear.
